I am beyond honored to share some exciting news—Pensacola Candle Company has been named Best Maker/Artisan in InWeekly’s Best of The Coast 2025!

What makes this moment even more special is the journey it took to get here. In both 2023 and 2024, Pensacola Candle Company was named runner-up in this very category. Each year felt like an incredible achievement, a sign that people were connecting with my work and believing in what I was building. To now take home the win in 2025 feels like such a full-circle moment—proof that persistence, passion, and community support truly pay off.

When I started Pensacola Candle Company in 2020, it was just me in my home office with a small table, a few salsa jars as candle vessels, and a tiny crockpot wax melter. What began as a creative outlet and a way to bring comfort during uncertain times quickly grew into something much bigger than I ever could have imagined.

To be recognized with this award five years later is surreal. It’s not just about candles—it’s about the community that has supported me from the very beginning. Every market visit, online order, wholesale partnership, and kind word has shaped this journey. Your encouragement has allowed me to turn a passion into my full-time career, and for that, I am endlessly grateful.

At Pensacola Candle Company, I’ve always believed in creating products that are as honest as they are beautiful—candles made with clean coconut soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrances. My goal has always been simple: to capture memories and moments through scent, while offering products you can feel good about bringing into your home.

This award is a milestone, but it’s also just the beginning. Pensacola Candle Company is growing, and I’m so excited for what’s to come—from new collections and collaborations to scaling our reach far beyond the Gulf Coast.
